Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3-4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2-4 tablespoons ice water
- Paprika and olive oil for serving
Instructions:
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas well. Set aside.
